Seoul - December 10, 2019, Ambassador Abdul Hakim Atarud attended the graduation ceremony of the Yonsei Univesity and delivered congratulatory remarks to advise the graduates on their way forward.

In his speech Afghan Ambassador state " You all have opportunities and education that so many people who came before you never could have dreamed of. Imagine the kind of impact and changes that you’re going to make and how you can inspire others to reach higher education." On this occasion, Ambassador Atarud also encouraged and congratulated one Afghan student who completed his degree course at the Yonsei University.
