On 11 January 2018 Ambassador Sayeb met with His Excellency Ryu Jeong-hyun, Director General of South Asian and Pacific Affairs Bureau and Ambassador Rhee Zha Hyoung, designated Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
