On 26 December 2018, Ambassador Ataurd paid a visit to UNPOG office in Sengdo City of Incheon and met with head of UNPOG in Korea, during this meeting Ambassador rquested for the assistances of this institution in providing training programs in e-governance and sharing knowledge and experience program with civil servants institute of Afghanistan.

Its principal mission is to strengthen the public governance capacities of developing Member States in Asia and the Pacific and beyond to achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development."
